If, while in the United States, you received a pre-recorded call from Wilshire (or an agent acting on behalf of Wilshire) between October 15, 2020, through Preliminary Approval, then you may be in the “Settlement Classes”. If you received notice regarding this via email or postcard it is because your number was called by Wilshire (or an agent acting on behalf of Wilshire) during that time period and therefore you may also be a member of the Settlement Class.

To receive a settlement payment, Settlement Class Members must file a Claim Form by May 19, 2026.

To start your online Claim Form, you can find your Unique ID and PIN on the Notice that was sent to you. If you are unable to locate your ID & PIN, please contact the Settlement Administrator by emailing info@WLFTCPASettlement.com. Please request your Unique ID & PIN by providing your full name and mailing address.
